And for those finishing touches .......

We  want to make your stay at Rustic France as enjoyable as possible and so we have put together some finishing touches for your stay . Enjoy as much or as little of what we offer as you wish...

Complimentary Welcome Basket

When you arrive you will have a 'Welcome Basket' in your gîte with the essential bits and pieces for your first evening & first morning.  For the adults we will provide complimentary toiletries and slippers. We also provision robes, for your use, for the duration of your stay.

Ice boxes and ice packs

There are some wonderful places to enjoy a leisurely picnic either in the countryside, or further afield towards the coast.   We have ice boxes and ice packs and collapsible picnic chairs & table available for you to use  while you are with us.

Arrival Meals

Meals for your first night are available on request.  You can order something in advance if you would like to, and take away the chore of buying or preparing supper on your first night here.  Along with the Welcome Basket, an arrival meal might just save you that dreaded first trip to the supermarket as soon as you get here!  Individual portions and meals for two people are available, or you can order a family meal which will feed 2 adults and 2 children.   Menu options and prices are available on request.

Arrival Shop

If you would like a grocery shop for your arrival  please email a  list two weeks in advance, and it will be waiting for you in your gîte.  The cost of the shop and small charge is payable on arrival. There are lots of local supermarkets, and we will point you in the right direction for these, of course!

Pizza Night

Al Fresco 'Build-A-Pizza' night - 5€ per Pizza Lover....!
Just outside the Farmhouse and under a carpet of stars, when temperature and weather are most favourable..... enjoy a casual dining style, but a party-like atmosphere, with good food and music ......at Rustic France

Complimentary Bikes

We have a selection of bikes for adults and children on site and you are welcome to use them.  The lanes for miles around the gîtes are quiet and flat and therefore ideal for cycling.  There are donkeys nearby to visit and vast fields of corn and sunflowers in the summer.    You can take a picnic and explore further afield, or why not stop at the local bar in Melleran on your way home?
